Easter Day!

You know you are working too much retail when you start dreaming of folding clothes. It comes with some perks though, this Thursday I went to an AG meeting downtown with some of the staff from Anthropologie. (AG is a designer jean, that is super comfortable, they make the Stevie Pants that are exclusive to Anthropologie). We were greeted with my favorite thing in the whole wide world, no it wasn't Chris...Breakfast Tacos! So we ate some up and listened to the shpeal about AG jeans. Then at the very end they said, and we are going to give you all a free pair! So yes I get $200 dollar jeans for free, what up!
I have to say this Easter has been one of my favorites so far. Chris and I woke up and made some tasty banana and chocolate chip pancakes. I hid some easter eggs for him when he wasn't looking. Yes, he is like my child for the time being. When I have kids I will make a much bigger deal. I put his favorite candies in the eggs and hid them pretty easy. He asked me, "So are the eggs supposed to peak out when you hide them?" I guess I hid them too easy, figuring that I was hiding the eggs for a small child.
I am so grateful for the church, I will miss my ward in Austin. We have met some great people in our ward and it will be hard to be in Nebraska and have to compare to Austin. I think where ever we are we will meet great people. I loved feeling the spirit today and knowing the love for our Savior  and that he died for me on the cross.
After church we went to see the famous bluebonnets in Austin. The wildflowers grow everywhere here but the bluebonnets are especially famous, they are the Texas state flower and they are beautiful! This is definitely the prettiest time in Texas, nothing is dead yet so we savor the few weeks we have in the Spring.
We ended the Easter day with coloring eggs and reading a special article out of the Ensign. If any of you want to read it this is the website Click here for the Resurrection Article

Have a great week, we miss you all so much, we can't believe we only have a little longer in Austin.
